General Store Information

All prices listed are in Canadian Funds not including applicable taxes (Canadian PST & GST) and shipping which will be added to your order depending on your shipping address during the checkout process. We accept payment in Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. If you are insecure about sending your credit card information via our secure shopping cart, you can choose to send us your order without this information and we will contact you to arrange payment.

Note that you do not have to be registered with PayPal to use this system for payment. If you are a PayPal member you will be given an opportunity to login when you get to the PayPal payment processing point.

All Prices are subject to change without notice and some products may at times be temporarily out of stock. We will let you know via email or phone if an item is out of stock and the estimated length of time before shipping.

For items that are in stock, they will usually be shipped by the next day. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday 6:00AM to 5:00PM. Any orders received after 5:00PM will be treated as received the next business day.

Shipping

All items are shipped via Canada Post. See the chart below for shipping rates in Canadian Funds and estimated time to delivery. Shipping is calculated on a relative weight basis with products packaged together. See the chart below for shipping estimates on several products. You can also Choose to PICK UP your order at the store if you live in Prince George and shipping will not be added to your order.

During the shopping cart checkout process, shipping (and applicable taxes for Canadian residents) will be calculated based on the delivery location. You will have the opportunity to confirm the total order price including shipping prior to final checkout.

Our site ordering is completely secure. When you place an order online, your order information is encrypted using SSL encryption technology before being sent over the Internet, making it virtually impossible for the information to be stolen or intercepted during transfer to our servers. The information is stored in encrypted format in a protected database until processing and is then deleted to ensure security.

To personalize your experience at our site and to track your order through the checkout process, our shopping cart utilizes cookies. This is not a permanent cookie and is deleted at the completion of the order process.
